13m xp on a pure with a bulk of it cannoned (to keep hp low as he is asking) would exceed 40m in supplies. cannoning is roughly 50k xp per hour you would do 260 hours of training for 40m profit? id go with this guy if hes serious, thats like 154k per hour... no1 on site will do it that cheap. if hes being serious
