How long after a runescape update is it safe to go back to botting if you arent on mirror client?

So it just updated it says. How long can i wait before i can bot again so im safe and not banned. Im not on mirror mode btw.

How do you know when runescape is having an update so you avoid to bot during this time?

I just bought the script and im going to run it on non mirror mode. I dont bought alot maybe like 6 hours a day total. Will someone just explain to me what to put in on "Average Intervel, Deviation, Break time interval and deviation as well. Im not sure what those mean. Thank you
