I'd say take a time off, something like month-3months and when you'll come back, the interest in the game will be larger then ever.
If you devoted many hours a day to runescape, i would suggest find a new hobby to replace thoes hours, for example, lifting, running, anything you like.

Bulls made the right decision, by freeing up drose and noah they got rondo/dwade/lopez, i see that as upgrade. They have now really powerful backcourt in rondo/wade/buttler. Knicks profited from the trade too, they'll get like 4th or 5th seed in east. Talking about kd, he is a pussy and i dont know how the commisioner allowed the signing to happen anyway.

Got perm banned today, had legit account with all f2p quest's done and used this about 4+5+5 hours. Had few hour breaks between those. Was not important account for me so not mad just telling for future users that this is not very safe.
