As in, one woodcutter script better than the other. I know less bans depend on breaks and etc, but sometimes the anti-ban built in script helps.

I don't understand it either, but the internet service guy was at my house yesterday fixing my internet Wow! because the laptops would have issues with Wifi, and it's funny you mention wifi repeater. He did say wifi repeater is good to use for wireless, and it's obviously good to put closer to whatever signal you're trying to make strong. So..I'd say..try second or third floor..

Can't/doesn't Jagex check your MAC address? I'm almost 100% positive you can't change that through Dynamic...If it was this easy to bypass bans/making new account/IP, then everyone would be on it. Although, proxies are kind of like that..but I'm sure there's a different explanation for that.
