If thats the case then violent is the one that must refund you as you payed him not Bawsz. However seeming as they are both co owners and they both run by the same ToS, bawsz also shares some blame.

You cannot just announce in skype chat that you are going to not refund people anymore due to the inactivity of members. People signed up with a certain ToS, they expected to get their money back if they quit and it never said that you can change it whenever you want. Skype chat is NOT ToS in the OSBot Forums in which members agreed to. This MAY have been different if users applied via skype, but they applied via OSBot, in which you posted a ToS and they agreed to it.

This in itself is a service for Corey TO Baws in order to do services FOR Baws. Therefore I will treat this as a service scamming dispute. Corey has paid Baws 5m under the terms and conditions of: HOWEVER: Previously, your Terms of Service stated that the user could ask for a refund at any time IF they resigned. This is what Corey had agreed to. You CANNOT change your TOS as you will unless stated in the ToS itself, in which it is not. No where in your ToS does it say "I can change this ToS at any time and anyone bound to the ToS has to obey by the new rules". Even if you editied it now and added it, this would not be bound to Corey as this is not what he agreed to upon signing up for you to do a service for him (Giving him jobs). This is an issue with your own internet connection, it frequently times out in small intervals which breaks the connection to .org in which it fails to connect you to the forums. Either that or it's something with your firewall/antivirus (Highly doubt seeming as you can get on half the time).

When did you experience this, as the forums has been down quit a lot frequently due to DDoS attacks? However at the moment, you should be experiencing no difficulties.

There has been frequent ddos attacks the past 2-3 days, however there were none in the past 24 hours. If osbot is still laggy to you then it shouldn't be linked to the ddos hits. The lag that you might be experiencing could have been caused by the server/database auto save a few hours ago. Seeming as there has been frequent DDos attacks, we put up an announcement for everyone to change their passwords, if something should happen to osbot or the server, you would just roll back to the previous database save, in which one of these occurred today (I believe). Other then that, not much else I can think of besides your own PC issues. I'll get back to you when I wake up. Happy botting!

There is nothing wrong with copying thread layouts, UNLESS you have said in your thread that no one shall copy your thread layout. Please do not post about this.

I think it would be valuable for people (pretty much mods) to have the time of post on the far right of the chatbox post so that we can determine whether someone is full on spamming or not or whether they really did wait a good amount of time between each post. IE: Would be helpful rather than people PMing me saying kick this guy, kick this guy, when really he isn't spamming that much.
