Cost of veng is 14m off the bat. Then to chin to 86 range is maybe 30m.(maybe more). Minimum should be is like 44m. I use chinning as a metric because thats what most people do for fast xp, if you want to grind rock crabs for hundreds of hours then go for it.

I'd say maybe 20-30m for initiate pures. Talking from experience they are the easiest to kill. I'm not too sure why initiate is so used tbh besides from path at prayer bonus

Yup NMZ is very fast. You can level 60-70 for 3 stats in 2.5 days

Not true for any, any one of those cultures can have any one of those aspects besides being superior I suppose. I believe that was the right answer.
