I just recovered an RS account I made in 2004 but logged into accounts which have been banned for macroing on the same IP and accounts have been banned off this IP and I cannot change my IP. Am I safe to start this account fresh in OSRS without changing my IP or using a VPN? I heard using VPN's are suspicious anyway and I don't really want to have to pay for one (want to start playing rs again, aint logged in in like a year)

I tried to sell my account a while ago and got social engineered by someone who was impersonating and went first and they got the original email to the account . I'm willing to give all my details about my real life information etc and prove it's me if buyer is worried about me recovering it back although I have no time for gaming anymore account hasn't been logged in at all this year (I'm original owner of account and have screenshots of when I actually created the account and purchased the first membership for easy recovery which buyer will get also). Obviously after I was scammed it took me 1.5 weeks to recover the account back through jagex email. Account screenshots aren't up to date since I don't want to purchase a membership incase I don't find a legit buyer. Screeny: NOTE: Account does no longer have any gold/whips etc only my rune defenders, 2 firecape's and 1x fighter torso. ACCOUNT ALSO HAS 99 HP AND 99 DEF NOW, I also botted maybe an extra 100-200 total level can't remember stats exactly which I trained but I remember botting fishing/WC up to 70 I believe?
