I'm new to the internet anonimity stuff, what is better to secure yourself. A paid VPN service such as IPvanish? Or setting up a Socks5 proxy. I have no clue right now how that works, and I'll do my research on it. Is there like any site out there which teaches you all the ways to secure yourself like from simple securing to advanced? I've seen that IPvanish gives you a Socks5 proxy with it, so my best bet is to use that?

I have no clue how to setup your own wallet and how to start using it. Anyone has a basic guide and some tips and where to start off?
