I mean, if it restored it to like day one you bought it from the store and all the previous installs/ documents / registery is gone, then you should be good. If you're up for it, download TV again and I can go though your MSConfig/ register / etc and see if you're good or not. An IP would do nothing. I have access to VPNs in over 13 different countries, all with dynamic ip's. Don't know why everyone is recommending that he checks for the IP, lol.

No need to be harsh. Anything can be binded with a rat... Java drives are everywhere anyways. Most of the time people don't even know they're ratted.

Did you reinstall windows, or did you just revert to a previous system restore point?

First of all, call paypal and claim that payment to be unauthorized. Secondly, I'd do what Articron recommended and do a a clean install of windows. Did you have TV installed previously?
