I'd like the account because it would allow me to get a Quest Cape on an account, which is my dream as a quester. The closest I have ever gotten was with my Berserker @ 232QP. My current account I have is getting sold and I hope to get it to Max 1 Def QP before I sell it, but since I've only had 1 & 45 Defence accounts in the past I've never been able to be able to get the cape.

You get all of the previous passwords, the IP & location the account was created from, e-mail gets switched over to yours (I have that e-mail linked to my WoW and LoL accounts, otherwise you'd get the e-mail as well) and several other pieces of information. I've also sold a 232QP Berserker before for 225$ and didn't recover that, so I do believe that's enough information to say that I'm not going to be a fucking idiot.
