Please help, how can i fix this from happening?

When I attempt to open a bot on OSbot2 it tells me to sign in then says I am already signed in and so on. The same happened about 3 weeks ago and you just changed my name to a number after it, Can you do it again please. Thanks

I dont know if this is the right place but iv been botting i guess upto 8 hours a day mining and fishing and in the last week i have had 4 accs banned on osrs. What am doing wrong or is this normal?
