Not sure whether I should be happy with the end result or not, but there it is. Couldn't spend that much time on it, sorry.

Hey. First off, cut the circles in the main background, with photoshop. Then import the background and the gifs in the AE and simply adjust them. Then save the comp as a quicktime, import in photoshop and save for web.
