Yeah it is technically possible. This guy did it but he hasn't shared the method for how he determined which spawns allowed him to survive wave 62 after jagex updated the fight caves so you could no longer reset the spawns by logging out. I am not going to offer this type of service if I am not confident I can do it without dying. I would be wary of anyone who claims they can do it, you will probably be scammed.

You can accomplish this by botting on a VPS and then remotely connecting into the VPS from your phone. I used to do this to check to make sure my bots were still running while I was at school.
