Refunds
When to not do a refund request.
- If the purchased product is near it's expiring date
- If the purchased script is broken, unless it's broken for over a week, or if the script is continuously broken
- If you don't want the script just 24 hours after you bought the script
- If your Runescape account gets banned or you have no use for the script anymore, that's your own risk
- A refund request will be denied after 1 month of having the script.
Creating a topic.
To make your topic as clarified as possible, you must use the following form:
Purchased product:
Wished refund method: (Refund with Paypal, refund with account credit)
Reason for refund:
Please note, this is the only information needed, the Administration team will do the rest.
Don't post any purchase evidence, or Paypal screenshots. It is not needed.
Please also note that it is not needed to send any Administrator a Private Message, only make a topic.
Sending us a Private Message will only give us more Administration, causing your refund request to only take longer to be completed.

Paypal errors
For some people, their PayPal will refuse to pay for certain items in the repository and store with their PayPal balance. This is due that some PayPal accounts are not verified entirely or are not backed up by a bank account or credit card, meaning that any purchases with a subscription attached to it will be refused unless you use a credit card.
The solution is easy:
Buy a gift voucher with your PayPal balance, redeem the code and use your credit to buy the item you are looking for.
