the timeframe was 17 days and its been 9

i mean like wayyyyyy off the deadline. its been 9 days out of the 17 and he has gotten 400,000 xp….. he needs 5,000,000 xp.

Im not going to name anyone but i paid someone to do a pretty large powerlevling order and it isn't done yet. it was supposed to take 17 days and its only been 9 but i don't see much progress. if it were to go over to something like 24-25 days could i leave negative feedback?
