Cant download OSBOT

Hiya, Not massively tech minded here guys so bare with me.. Weeks ago I downloaded and it gave me options open with "blah blah" and I selected Internet explorer because it was literally that or notepad (lol), I then realised maybe it's because I dont have Java? So Today I downloaded it and again the same it tries to open with Internet explorer? How can I get around this

after installing java then just right click the osbot shortcut and press open with java.

It doesn't allow me to find "open with java"

Download java from here.

then select open with, if it shows, cool, select it and tadaa.

 

If it doesn't select browse for other and navigate to C:/Program Files/Java/jdk.versionnumber/bin/javaw.exe
