I have just received Jad as a slayer task, so I'm going to use the script again! I just wanted some advise on the best gear (I know it's suggested the best in slot, but I'm hoping to get the right balance between defense and prayer 1st time due to being on a task.) My stats: HP: 86 - Range: 90 - Prayer: 75 - Def: 80. I've taken a screenshot of my current wielded items. I question if karils c'bow is the best? Or would I be better off going for a blowpipe? (wasn't sure because of the blowpipe's range) Also, I didn't really want to spend a ton on money on Dragon Darts, would Amethyst be fine? Couple of quick observations: be advised not to use the 'Quick Start' function, as mentioned taking breaks messes with cords and a 360 spawned and whacked for 50, depleting most my guy's food. Would be nice if the break functionality was removed for it. When I initially booted the script, it got somewhere between wave 20-30 and would null out. I had a holy wrench in inventory, so unsure if that messed with it. Also would like more food option functionality, but it's fine for most. Failed two runs with monkfish until trying to find a way to get sharks on ironman. It'd be nice to get tuna potatoes as they heal more, and are much more accessible. I only managed to get the script to run when it was already in the instance, the functionality outside seems a little weird - it'd null out after fixing the zoom. All in all, despite these, I would 100% recommend this over hiring someone, works great if you know what you're doing, and the show is awesome. It may be that they've changed some things again to break the auto account configurations. (zoom, audio, hotkeys etc.). Have you observed what happened in person? From the log you posted, it sortof looks like the cape was successful. If not, perhaps you can explain what happened, or take a screenshot / similar of it. JaysTurmoil Posted April 19, 2022 Share Posted April 19, 2022 Tried enough times to get a cape with this script at 80 range/70 def. Just did attempt 6, second time making it to Jad and it tried protecting Melee against the healers while switching prayer for Jad attacks. It couldn't keep up and died very quickly from a Jad hit when trying to reposition the healers. Takes way too many unnecessary risks setting up safe spots, running through the 180's to get them caught on 360. Stepping one space too close to the 360 putting it in melee range and taking a step back for same reasons above. Letting 90's get hits in while focusing on 45s. Not prioritizing bats over pretty much everything else. Its a neat script but that's about it, not great for mid level accounts unless you've got BIS gear for your bracket AND are lucky enough to survive tanking Jad hits.
