At least 50 Runecrafting. At least 40 Attack/Strength/Defence. All 4 Runecrafting Pouches (Small, Medium, Large, Giant). At least 50 Mining. No recoveries/email set. Other stats are irrelevant. Account can have 0 items on it as will be supplying it myself. Happy to go first. Can pay in RS3 or OSGP as well as $$.
