It says VIP is a recurring payment, so if I pay 9.99 this month, will it auto renew or can I cancel that if I'll be gone for a few months this Summer.

You can always cancel the subscription via paypal it wont hurt any so the month before you leave or what not just cancel it.

    You can cancel it at any point, you would need to do that via your PayPal though, it's set to go out each month as it says or you can also use vouchers to purchase which is if you don't want to accidently over-run it.
