Basically some textures on some games don't load fully until I walk close enough and then the texture "pops in" out of nowhere. Or shadows don't start rendering properly until I start walking close enough to the specified object.

 

I've already tried a fresh install of Windows and uninstalled + reinstalled new drivers for my graphics card, and temps don't go past 70c+. Any solution?
