PaasHazen18 Posted April 21, 2016 Posted April 21, 2016 Good luck! One thing.. "- i can decline the service to anyone without explanation." What the actual fuck? Lmao. I'd never do business with you. You think you can cash in and then cancel without explaining me why and run with my money? "- terms of service can be changed at any time." Are you saying that when you and buyer have agreed on ToS, you can change the ToS, so there's a new ToS between you and the buyer while he didn't even agree on the new ToS? Because when you and buyer agree on the ToS, thát ToS can't be changed, only if the other agrees with it again.

The 2nd one is mainly so the seller doesn't have to inform you when the TOS changes, it's your responsibility to read if it changed in case you'd use the seller's service again. The first one is indeed suspicious
