deathizpro Posted April 19, 2016 Share Posted April 19, 2016 (edited) No. Had a fully quested zerk that was basically maxed. Can't do all of the hard/elite clues. Some hard require 50 def, 55/60 prayer. Some elite require 60 def, piety (65 def). The closest thing you'll get to a pure that can do every clue scroll step is a range tank or a barrows prod.
