can quested zerkers do all hard clue scroll steps?

title says it all pretty much. Since slayer is pretty good for training mele stats i was wondering if quested zerkers can do all hard clue steps. 

No. Had a fully quested zerk that was basically maxed. Can't do all of the hard/elite clues. Some hard require 50 def, 55/60 prayer. Some elite require 60 def, piety (65 def). The closest thing you'll get to a pure that can do every clue scroll step is a range tank or a barrows prod.
