On coinbase.com can I send/receive bitcoins without confirming my identity?

why wouldnt you confirm ur idenity :o?


as for answering ur question.. I'm not sure, I think so, but confirming your identity increases your limit. Don't take my word for it though because I'm not positive on this.

I don't have a printer/scanner to scan my ID yet :/

you dont need to send a picture or anything, just last 4 digits of ur SSN and ur name and address

I'm not from the US. I'm from Asia and only ways to verify identity is ID , passport or drivers license.

oh :\ not sure what to tell you then. I guess try signing up for it and see what they let you do. If they don't let you use it.. at least it was worth a shot.
