Why it should be removed: Not market related, plus the user failed to offer a proper bug report so that I could efficiently handle the issue.  As to my knowledge I have 7 days to fix any core issues with a script, he left false feedback after 3.
Details: User complained the script wasn't functioning properly, he didn't include logs, settings, etc to help with troubleshooting. I told him to fill out a bug report and that things like copy/pasting the logger to me are valuable for fixing bugs.  The user waited two days, without posting again and left me false feedback.  The issue he was talking about has been fixed and I just pushed an update to address it. Perhaps he got irritated thinking I had blown him off because the issue was not immediately fixed.
