I'd like to reopen my previous dispute against I3reed found here: http://osbot.org/forum/topic/94378-dispute-against-l3reed/

 

Additional Notes: Previously he had agreed to re-do the account from scratch, which i was happy with and good progress was being made. As the account neared completion, it was banned again. So again he agreed to start again. However it's been over 2 weeks now, and he hasnt started the account, its still on tutorial island even though he said around a week ago the questing will be done then it's just the stats - he now hasnt responded to me since the 5th April.
