Other Notes: I had bought A bond for one of the accounts as well Idk if he expected me me to leave wealth on them but they both have maybe 1m between the both of them. 

The accounts were locked due to a change in IP, you need to go through the process of unlocking them with @ownu1hit99.

Yes, Completely convinced they were recovered purposefully as the passwords have been changed before he has answered me on skype. It no longer says the account is locked. It only says the password is wrong now

You'll need to refund him.

He has refunded me 4m  I guess ill just count all the training as a loss close please :)
