I have a main who I play on my regular IP. I decided to bot on a proxy with that account. If I then bot a different account on my regular IP, will my main be affected? Even though I've only botted the main on the proxy not the normal IP?

Your main shouldn't be affected in anyway but botting on a proxy could lead to it getting locked because the difference in its original IP address out of no where. They might think it's stolen. But your main will be fine if you bot on your regular ip with a different account.
