Hes banned from p****bot for scamming people + he scammed 30 euros off me.

Sold him def tank on feb 24 for 30 euros. he went first by sending me 30 euros to paypal.

Refuses to pay me back 30 euros, he cant refund me back my account because its banned for something and i dont know for what. At start he claimed that the account was recovered by me but i could of not done that because 13 year account where im having no information at all. + the account still has his e-mail set that i set for him at start.
