I have botted on many accounts and only the ones without any kind of clothing/armour have been banned.

that is not actually surprising, they probably suspect bots when they see this in large player quantity.

 

It is actually a good idea to slap some cheap gear on the account (s) your botting on to give it a bit more personality.

Deff, I always slap on some random shit rather then have somebald dude in green pants

Gold farmers are well known for keeping "default" attire, would highly suggest taking a few moments and getting some hair, a beard and different base clothing. On top of that, adding a basic robes can also help I believe.
