50+ def atleast 50 agility+mining, 

On my alt I got it to 80 def, 80 agil and 80 mining and 91 rc before i did abbys, but you dont need to do that

I'm almost positive you need to finish a mini quest for the Zamorak Mage in the wilderness as well. I'm not 100% sure about that though, it's been a while since I entered the Abyss. there's also a few decent level monsters in there so i wouldn't advise sending in lvl 3 accounts.
