I have a handful of old accounts (Not sure how old, at least before emails were required for usernames) as well as a high level account with 10 year vet. Not sure howmuch you're paying though. 

I have an account has 99 agiliy, cooking, fletching and I think another 99 <-- rs3 pretty old has username login also. OSRS it still have some nice stats like 60+ on att str and def,
