Hello, I would like it if somone could possibly make me a banner for my website my current one is this 

 

 

 

I think the size is around 1903 x 300. As you can see that its not that good and would like a better One. Red/Black/White if anyone could help me out i would be happy to give them a award via Paypal thanks
