What are some profitable alch items.. Profitable if I buy both item and natures or just profitable if I already have natures

They do exist, for people who saying they aren't. But you can't buy tons of them.

Green d'hide bodies and rune axes. You can only buy like 120 every 4 hours though but are technically profitable.
