As of right now it's not really, just usually 9 hours for 300 tickets until Thursday which is when the boosting is getting patched, making it like 50-60 hours for 300 tickets. :)

Not sure, 25M+ most likely by a someone who wants a skiller with those.

dont think its worth allot.

but maybe if u get like pure stats on it lets just say 60+ strength without training attack/def and maybe 60+ mage and range would be worth allot
