Did you send an E-Check? Double check on paypal

I've tried relogging and I used debit card through paypal

Check the e-mail of the account your PayPal's tied to. You should have received an e-mail receipt saying that you've made a payment to Meire & Brito Automation if the payment went through correctly.

Yes I can see the VIP purchase and on invoices its listed as paid.

Check the e-mail of the account your PayPal's tied to. You should have received an e-mail receipt saying that you've made a payment to Meire & Brito Automation if the payment went through correctly.

 

Yes I got a confirmation email that the payment went through.

This still hasn't been resolved, I think this is an issue for an admin. Can someone direct me where I could talk to one of them?
