EDIT: If you didnt know, permanent bans dont expire. I got permanent ban from 2002 on 1 account but yet not expired? You are claiming like my bans above on 2006 manual permanent ban and 2011 macro perm ban have expired? Help

when you logon on rs3 it says ban expires in xxx which is like 10+ years, after that time the counter resets
