trying to run mirror mode on multiple bots so a different ip is required , if anyone has a suggestion of a trusted easy to use ip changer let me know.. thanks

Free proxys/VPNs are basically garbage. Most of them are also flagged by jagex, so you're better W/O.

You can get proxys down to $3ea or a monthly VPN subscription for like $8, where you can change ur IP as much as you want.
