I figured it out, the issue was that I had never set the settings for which arrow type and bow I wanted to use for the quest. It appears to be working just fine now.

I usually end each botting session with some manual AFKing or low input activities, that seems to work

There is an iron man mode (press F5 while the GUI is open, title will change to Stealth Quester (ironman mode)), but this only supports 9 quests atm; it will automatically collect all required items
