So i bought an obby mauler from @heptic and it turns out he's already recovered 1 account. so how should i get the obby mauler he sent me banned?  (i'll be using a proxy with 3 bans on it already). i'm not accusing him of recovering by the way, but i have a feeling i won't have this account for much longer.

There is no reason that he would have for forming a scam report at this point in time.

The user that got recovered hasn't made a dispute and this guy could be recovered aswell so I was urging them to make disputes. Obviously OP was referring to the other user so was I? No dispute had been made at the time as you suggest.
