Tanning regular cowhides to soft leather That's a web walking issue, just tested it and it works fine on my end. Make sure you are using the latest client, if the problem persists try deleting your map data in the OSBot folder and reinstalling web walking by rebooting the client and selecting "Install WebWalking".
