Im not sure if its Hotkey (Thanks for 1st poster, its mousekey) training but i was just watching Alkans rs video and he seems to be using this ALOT(video below where he uses on fletching darts).

 

What do you think, is it actually like using 3rd party program/boting or no? Seems like advantage from players who cant do such thing.
