any idea's whats happening here?

Client is working, and things are moving in game, but cant move it so its kind of froze, cant do a thing.

 

CPU goes 100% well that's 6th acc, that is running at same time tho, but happened only to 1 of em

Jagex Cache did not load correctly. Try removing all Jagex Cache and try again.

%UserProfile%\jagexcache\runescape\LIVE

C:\.jagex_cache_32

If this is still a problem submit a bug report. Not sure if mia's solution worked?
