Noob question. What is Middleman?

Featured Replies

Sorry for this noobie question but I'm kinda new to this thing and I was wondering what is this Middleman service every1 is talking about? Could you guys help explaining what it is and how it works? Thankies

A middleman service is used to help deals be more safe.

Both partys send the said items to the middleman(this is why he must be trustworthy). Once the middleman verify s the items he sends them to the correct partys and everyone is happy and not scammed.

if someone was selling an account a middleman would take the gold/account off the buyer/seller and trade them over to the buyer/seller to make a scam less likely.

E.g: You want to sell 5m for 5$ Paypal to a user.

You use me as a MM, you trade me the money, user sends 5$ to you, if you say you received the money succesful, I'll give the 5m to the other user. If he said he paid you but you didn't receive and he's trying to scam, I just hand you back the money

safe way of trading by having a trusted user hold both offers
