I've tryed to download osbot bout 5 times now and i just got a new pc, 1st i downloaded it without java and than i uninstalled it downloaded java tryed again and everytime i click the icon it DOES NOT open, theres no interface :C anything i can do? please help

Run as admin/ or try open with Java on right click.
