Premium script broken and thread locked? Refund?

Hi, the premium script (Auto Fighter Pro) that I paid $8 for a while ago,

is completely broken now after not being updated by the dev for months upon months and can't even complete the simple task of killing chickens for more than 2 minutes before it breaks due to a bug which I suppose I'll post here in case anyone cares. The thread has been locked without any post as to why. The point is, the dev seemed to have completely dissappeared and the script is literally never updated and is broken is so many aspects it's disgusting. I was wondering if a refund is possible. I have had this script for a long time (7 months) but the bottom line is that it's just completely unusable now.
