Blakexton Posted October 7, 2020 Posted October 7, 2020 Purchased gold a few days ago. Was told to provide a photo/video of myself, holding my ID and send it them. I expressed i wasn't willing to do that and asked for a refund. I was told it would take 24 hours. I waited 24 hours and was told to wait another 24 hours when i asked on a status update. After that 24 hours i was told to just wait. Today was the 5th day of waiting and i contacted support again who asked for my order number, and told me i could either recieve my gold or have a refund. I asked for a refund and it was processed and immediately in my account. I was told it was miscommunation fromm the other staff members as to why my refund didn't appear. Personally i think it was shady practice, but i'm greatful to "Katie" for issuing my refund. Beware when buying from this seller.
