idk tbh. I remember in 2012 from pb that the powerlvler does not have to refund if the acc gets banned...

 

and I ordered like 6 times a powerlvling service and they all went successful....

 

 

I obviously hope this one will be as much successful as the other ones... but if it gets banned then maybe a 3m refund? lol
