What Java version do you have installed?

Try reinstalling the latest version of java then restart your PC so that it works correctly.

I have the newest version idk why it does that though everything else works fine 

 

I need to pick a program that opens it i clicked java but it still won't open wtf

Check if it is: 

C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_66\bin\javaw.exe
