Downloading OSBOT

I followed the tutorial on how to download OSBOT and I went to download it from the site and when I do the Download Manager thing pops up and when I click on it, when it is on the screen to say open or save nothing happens, did anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it? I downloaded the OSRS client so I know I can download things on this computer

When I do that, it takes me to a view downloads screen, with the options open and save and nothing happens when I click both of those.
